To improve adhesion, roughen smooth surfaces with sandpaper before gluing. Even amounts of resin and hardener can then be dispensed into a disposable mixing tray.
Apply & grip: apply mixture to surface within 5 minutes. If the adhesive has not set it may be because the resin and hardener were not mixed in equal quantities – to ensure even distribution point tip upwards so the air bubble start to disperse and eliminate air by slowly pushing plunger until both resin and hardener are at the tip.
Remove stir stick from middle of plunger. 5 minute set time: Gives ample time to reposition for the perfect fit.
